Graduated form Frederic Chopin’s 2nd degree Music Conservatory ( piano), Parisian Cours Florent (acting) and National Superior Drama School in Cracow (stage directing) she achieved her first directing successes in Paris: Prize Jacques 2013 for her début ”Sandpit” and a P’tit Molière Prize for her second show ” The Game of Love and Chance” in 2017.

In 2017, parallel to her studies, Ewa started a collaboration with Mariusz Treliński in the National Opera in Warsaw and became the director’s assistant. She’s worked also on the revivals of productions in Poland and abroad (i.a. Centrum Spotkania Kultur, Festival Lyrique d’Aix-en-Provence, La Monnaie of Bruxelles).

Same year, she received the award for directing “Wieszcze” from Polish Society of the Authors and Composers (ZAiKS) at the 7th Forum of the Young Directors and in 2018 Grand Prix of the Festival of Young Directors in Cracow for her show “Only the end of the world” based on her translation of Jean- Luc Lagarce’s play “ Juste la fin du monde”.

In 2019 she has been invited to join an artistic team ”Opera Montmartre” in Paris and has directed “Parisian Life” of Jacques Offenbach in State Opera of Ruse (Bulgaria).

Her shows are present in the main repertoire of public music and dramatic theaters of Poland, such as Warsaw National Opera, Slowacki Theater in Cracow, Studio Theater in Warsaw, Theater Ludowy in Cracow, Teatr of Gdynia (Poland), and are frequently presented on the national and international festivals.

In 2019 she got into the Academy of the Festival d’Aix-en Provence with the program “Young Opera Makers” and since then also works as a director for Polish National Opera Academy.

In season 2020/2021 she made her debut on the stage of Polish National Opera as a director with a show ” Hidden Life of Paintings” ( an operatic collage piece).
In December 2019 she received a prize from the Polish Ministry of Culture for an outstanding young artist.

She’s a member of the Polish Guide of Theater Directors.
